Kanahei profile
Illustrator and cartoonist. Born in Ehime Prefecture.
Since the distribution of self-made images, it has become a boom among girls' junior and senior high school students nationwide, and in 2003, professionally debuted at "Seventeen" (Shueisha) as an active female high school illustrator.
Since then, he has been active in a wide range of activities, including magazine illustrations, mobile content, character design, corporate advertisements, merchandise development, and manga serialization in "Ribon" (Shueisha).
Received the second Grand Prix at the LINE Creators Stamp AWARD in 2014 and 2015, and Grand Prix in 2016.
Kanahei is an illustrator and Manga artist. She is from Ehime prefecture.
Her original wallpaper was popular amongst junior and senior high school girls.
In 2003, as a female high-school student illustrator, Kanahei made her professional debut in the famous magazine “SEVENTEEN” / Shueisha.
And then, Kanahei has expanded her work to include illustrations for magazines, digital content for mobile, character design,
corporate advertising, goods, a serial manga for “Ribbon” cartoon magazine, etc.
“Kanahei’s Small animals” series won the Grand Prix 2016 in “LINE Creators Stamp AWARD” and was the runner up in the AWARD 2014 and 2015.
