Limitsu Itagaki, who has appeared in various movies and dramas and is active as a popular young actor. It is also known among fans for drawing illustrations, and we have also sold NFT works and exhibited illustrations at fan events, but this time we will hold our long-awaited first solo exhibition.
This exhibition, which will be his first solo exhibition, combines digital illustrations that he has drawn for a long time with oil paintings that began to work on the filming of the movie "Blue Period" (released on August 9). All of the exhibited works were newly created by Itagaki himself for this exhibition, in parallel with his activities as an actor.
At the solo exhibition venue, in addition to original goods that use paintings and newly taken photographs for design, we will also sell one of the works on display.

Exhibited works
All of the works exhibited at this exhibition are created by combining digital illustrations and oil paintings. First of all, the illustrations that form the basis of the work are digitally produced, printed out on the canvas fabric, pasted on the panel, and finally layered oil paint on top of it. Because it is a process different from general oil paintings, some works take 3 to 4 months to produce. While digital illustrations are printed on canvas fabric in a flat state, the unique three-dimensional effect and luster of the oil paint on top of them make the difference in each texture stand out, and inorganicity and freshness coexist.

This time, we will be holding a solo exhibition. This time, with the theme of "Katsuai", I am personally challenging new attempts to integrate digital art and oil painting. In the first place, art, and those who are not familiar with this theme may seem to be difficult at first glance. However, I think that art will be completed as a work for the first time by moving away from the author's hand, one-on-one time with the viewer and creating emotions. That's not all about thinking intricately. "I like this" and "This is normal" such frank impressions are also a big story for the work. So I would like to complete this solo exhibition with your hands at the venue. I'll be waiting for you.
