Regarding the "Dome T-shirt (XL size)" sold at the venue from October 6 (Fri) to October 16 (Mon) around 15:30, due to an error in the cash register amount , It was discovered that the price was higher than the store display price.  We deeply apologize, and we will do our best to prevent this from happening in the future.

 

The details of the error are as follows:

 

"Daimu T-shirt (XL size)"

Yen 4,200 yen (tax included) main body 3,818 yen

Mirror 4,400 yen (tax included) Main unit 4,000 yen

(Error is limited to the above products and sizes.)

 

After the discovery of this matter, the amount was immediately corrected to the correct amount, and the sales after around 15:30 on October 16 has received the original price. Please note that there are two methods for refund, so please check the following.

  

 

１） Customers who can return to the venue of "Katsuhiro Otomo's Complete Works AKIRA Cell Painting Exhibition OSAKA"

We will refund the difference of 200 yen in cash at the venue.

④Purchase receipt photo, or the approximate time at the time of purchase the relevant product and the product name purchased at the same time

２） Customers who do not plan to return to the venue of "Katsuhiro Otomo's Complete Works Exhibition OSAKA" venue

We will send 200 yen of the difference to the designated address by registered mail.

We found out that we charged more payment than the correct price from the customer who visited before 16th Oct. And now, it has been corrected to the correct price. We sincerely apologize for our mistakes.
