Regarding the “Domu T-shirt (XL size)” sold at the venue from October 6 (Fri) to October 16 (Mon) around 15:30, due to an error in setting the cash register price, It was discovered that the price was higher than the price displayed at the store.  We deeply apologize and will do our best to prevent this from happening in the future.

 

The details of the error are as follows.

 

"Children's Dream T-shirt (XL size)"

4,200 yen (tax included) Main unit 3,818 yen

Error 4,400 yen (tax included) Main unit 4,000 yen

(The error is limited to the above products and sizes.)

 

After the discovery of this matter, we have promptly revised the amount to the correct amount, and we have received the original price for sales after around 15:30 on October 16. In addition, there are two ways to refund, so please check the following.

  

 

１） Visitors who can return to the "Katsuhiro Otomo Complete Works AKIRA Cell Painting Exhibition OSAKA" venue

We will refund the difference of 200 yen in cash at the venue.

We found out that we charged more payment than the correct price from the customer who visited before 16th Oct. And now, it has been corrected to the correct price. We sincerely apologize for our mistakes.

Incorrect： 4,400yen(tax-in）

（Other sizes are sold at the correct price）
