Shibukar Festival. 2014 ~ Let's get together! ～
"Shibukar Festival." This is a culture event organized by Parco, which began in 2011.
More than 100 female creators from all genres, including art, fashion, music, and performance, will gather at the entire Shibuya Parco building to present their expressions.
The third event held in 2013 was "Frefre! More than 200 creators participated under the slogan "Full Power Girls".
And the fourth "Shibukar Festival". In 2014, the theme of "Encounter / Experience" was raised under the copy of "Let's Gather!"
