A large-scale solo exhibition of Chim↑ Pom will be held at Parco Shibuya!
New works unique to Parco will be exhibited not only at the Parco Museum but also outdoors. Please come and visit the amazing exhibition that involved inside and outside the Shibuya Parco building.

[Notes on Visiting] (Please be sure to read.)
■Some of the exhibited works in the museum have flashing lights (neon tubes) that may cause light sensitivity seizures (symptoms of abnormal reactions to light stimulation that jumped into the vision). We recommend that you look away from the work moderately or not continue to look directly at it. (Please be especially careful if you are out of children.)
■Regarding "Gold Experience 2012" (a tarpaulin balloon work at Koen-dori St. Square)
Exhibition Period: 9/21(Fri) to 10/8(Mon/holiday) 10:00～21:00
Location: Shibuya Parco Koen-dori St. Square
Due to factors such as the weather, the implementation of other events, and the breakdown of balloons, the installation time may not be installed or may change. Thank you for your understanding.

Chim↑Pom
An artist group formed in 2005 by six people, Ryuta Ushiro, Eliy, Yasushi Hayashi Taka, Masataka Okada, Toshinori Mizuno, and Suru Inaoka. He is known for his work with a strong social message that responds to the realities of the times with reflexes and intervenes with all his might in modern society. Their focus on their activities is not limited to Japan, but there are many presentations overseas, including international exhibitions. At the May 2011 solo exhibition "REAL TIMES" held in the wake of the Great East Japan Earthquake, a work that added a picture of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident to Taro Okamoto's mural "Myth of Tomorrow" installed at Shibuya Station became a hot topic. Expressive activities include not only the presentation of works, but also curations and serializations such as "Chim↑ Pom Presents REAL TIMES" special feature, 2012) and "Hit Upturning Exhibition" (Watarium Museum, 2012). His book is "Chim↑Pom Chim Chim Pom Works" (Kawade Shobo Shinsha), "Why shouldn't the sky of Hiroshima be made clear?"
(Co-edited with Kenichi Abe, Kawade Shobo Shinsha). In July 2012, a new book "Chim↑ Pom" was published (Asahi Publishing Company).
