The manga artist Fusako Kuramochi is a new manga artist who has fascinated readers with constantly innovative works and won the 21st Osamu Tezuka Manga Award in 2017 for "Dyeing Flowers". He admired Kuramochi and aspired to become a manga artist, and continues to send out many hit works to the world, including the original of the popular TV drama "You are That's That" (TBS affiliate, April-broadcast). The two have many fans both inside and outside the industry and are always on the front line of girls' comics, but this is the first time in a long career. This original painting exhibition is a "two-person exhibition" unique to both people who have deep respect for each other.

In 1972, debuted with "One of Glasses-chan" at "Separate volume Margaret" (Shueisha). Since then, he has published many works mainly in the magazine. Delicate the love of adolescent girls from a unique perspective and gain a wide range of popularity.
In 1980, "Always Chopin in Pocket" and in 1982, "Iroha Nikonpaito" was a big hit. In 1985, "3 encores" was based on music, just like "Always in Pockets". In 1991, he serialized the omnibus drama "Chipe Slill" depicting the daily lives of three girls. In 1995, he announced "Natural Kokekko" set in a junior high school in a local village at Chorus (Shueisha). In 1996, he won the Kodansha Manga Award for the same work. In 2007, it was turned into a movie by Aya Watanabe script and director Atsuhiro Yamashita.
Started with "Chorus" in 2010 and completed serialization in "Koko Hana" (Shueisha) in 2016, the 21st Osamu Tezuka Manga Award in 2017. Currently serializing "Tokoko Quest" in "Koko Hana".
Other representative works include "White Idol", "Talking Stair", "Larara of only a little verse", "A-Girl", "Casanova in Tokyo".

He specializes in short stories and has a sensibility that matches the times, and has gained popularity among a wide range of women. After that, he produced hit works with "POPS" in 1988 and "I LOVE HER" in 1992. In 2000, he won the 45th Shogakukan Manga Award for "Rose Tomorrow".
Since 2004, he has serialized "Cooky and Soft" in "Cookie" (Shueisha). The work won the 33rd Kodansha Manga Award Girl category in 2009.
There are many visualizations, and "You are so much" serialized in "Fiel Young" (Shodensha) in 2017 became a TV drama and became a hot topic, and in 2013 "Principal" was turned into a movie (released on March 3 (Sat)).
