■About lottery sale of works
Of the exhibited works, only some of the target works will be sold by lottery.
At the exhibition hall, during the lottery application period, please select the desired work from the special application form and apply. In the case of winning, payment will be made at the lottery venue within the following payment deadline. When participating in the lottery application, please check the following notes and apply after agreeing.

<Notes on lottery application>
●About application for lottery
Please read the application site and the following notes, understand all of the contents, and apply for the lottery only if you can agree.
・Lottery will be accepted only at the exhibition venue (Shinsaibashi PARCO B1F). Applications will not be accepted on the web, etc.
・In order to be sold to those who intend to purchase after actually seeing the work, the works to be drawn can be confirmed only at the venue. Please note that we will not send a list of target works in advance or publish them on the web.
・The lottery application period is from November 20, 2021 (Sat) 10:00 to November 23, 2021 (Tue) 21:00. Reception hours are Shinsaibashi PARCO business hours (10:00 to 21:00). However, business hours are subject to change depending on infection status such as COVID-19. For any reason, applications after the application acceptance period will not be accepted.
・Only one person 18 years or older per address can apply for each work. If you apply for the same work more than once, all applications will be invalidated at the lottery stage after the application is accepted.
・You cannot ask others to apply for a lottery for the purpose of storing your work, make plans together, or execute them. In addition, businesses that sell art and art dealers cannot participate in this lottery application.
・Only those who live in Japan can apply for this lottery.
・The work will be delivered only in Japan.
・The lottery application does not guarantee purchase. If you win a lottery after applying, you will be granted the right to purchase.
・Cancellations after winning will not be accepted. In addition, the winning right cannot be transferred or redeemed.
・After winning, payment will be made at the VESICA PISCIS venue (Shinsaibashi PARCO B1F) within the designated period. Payment outside the specified period, payment method changes, or consultation is not possible. If payment is not possible, it will be canceled.
・In the application for this lottery, if the Company and related companies determine that there is a high possibility of fraud, such as an application by a person other than the person himself / herself, or that this application condition is inappropriate, the winning will be invalidated and the price will be refunded even after the winning is announced. In addition, lottery applicants may be responsible for various expenses related to refunds such as transfer fees.
<About winning communication, payment after winning, and implementation of identity verification>
・Only winners will be notified by phone or email ([email protected]) from November 24 (Wednesday) 18:00 to November 25 (Thursday), 2021 from 15:00 to November 25 (Thursday). Please note that we will not inform you of the loss.
・When paying the work price, we will check the identity certificate with the photo of the winner.
・If there is a difference between the identity certificate and the information you enter, all winnings will be invalid.
・At the time of purchase of the work, you will be asked to confirm the written oath (hereinafter referred to as "listed") to prevent resale, and obtain a sign and seal that proves that you have agreed.
・Along with the above, the winner must come to the store with a photo ID (license, passport, etc.) and a seal with a photo at the time of payment.
<Submission of a pledge on buying and selling works exhibited at the exhibition of Nakanishi Rei "VESICA PISCIS">
Based on a request from GOLD WOOD ART WORKS to which the artist and the artist belong, in order to protect the value of the artist through sound transactions of the work, the purchase of the work and the submission of a written oath pertaining to the handling after purchase will be a condition of purchase. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
・When purchasing the work, it is necessary to submit it after agreeing to the above pledge.
・From the above point of view, there is a period during which any change in ownership or transfer of the work, such as resale, transfer, or donation, is prohibited. The period is 5 years from the date of purchase.
・Artists and related companies confirm that the owner has changed or transferred ownership of the owner without prior application if resale or other activities have been performed by the owner five years prior to the date of purchase, or that the owner has been changed or ownership has been transferred without prior application. If a penalty is deemed appropriate in light of the market price, the owner will be charged.
・If you wish to transfer ownership of your work due to unavoidable circumstances, you must first understand that you will be able to contact the sales agency listed in the pledge in advance and consult with us.
・We will clearly manage the information of the work and the owner of each work.
・Intellectual property rights, including the copyright of the work, belong to the artist and related right holders, and are internationally protected. The purchaser shall apply for lottery sales after agreeing that he / she will not infringe any intellectual property rights, including copyrights, possessed by the right holder.
・If you do not agree to this matter, please refrain from applying for the lottery.
<About shipping>
・The shipping fee will be shipped by cash on delivery at your expense. Shipments are limited to Japan only.
・The delivery time of the work is based on mid-December 2021, but is subject to change without notice.
Others
・If the lottery sales are judged to be fraudulent, we will refuse participation in lottery sales, work sales, planning, etc. conducted by Nakanishi Rei and GOLD WOOD ART WORKS in the future.
