From January 5 (Fri) to January 14 (Sun), 2024, TAPPEI 3rd Solo Exhibition "BRAIN" will be held at SkiiMa Gallery on the fourth floor of Shinsaibashi PARCO.

During this period, we will exhibit and sell more than 40 new works created for this solo exhibition and sell goods limited to this solo exhibition.

This will be the first solo exhibition in Osaka, where TAPPEI was born. Please enjoy the space unique to TAPPEI, which has irony and humor.

During this period, TAPPEI will also be in the gallery.

Profile

TAPPEI/Tappei

Tattoo Artist, Graphic Designer Born in 1993, from Osaka Prefecture. He has been interested in painting and tattoo since childhood, and aspires to be a sculptor. He retired from the Department of Art and Craft at Kobe Design University and started working as a tattoo artist. From 2014, based in Tokyo, worked as a staff member at CANNABIS, a select shop in Harajuku, and has also been active as a graphic designer. After that, he established tattoo studio and office "TAPPEI ROOM" in Nakameguro. In 2022, he also announced collaborations with NIKE, UNDERCOVER, BEAMS, etc. In 2023, he started his first overseas tattoo guest work and serialization of four-frame comics in the culture magazine "EYESCREAM".

He also held his first solo exhibition of art at Shibuya GALLERY X BY PARCO, and a solo exhibition of four-frame manga at LOVUS gallery.
