Q) Is there a discount on tickets?

A) We do not offer various discount systems such as group discounts, elderly discounts, disabled discounts, and shareholder benefits.
If a caregiver is accompanied by a person who owns a certificate for the physically handicapped, a nursing certificate, or a health and welfare certificate for the mentally handicapped, one caregiver is free.
(Please purchase the ticket yourself.) The accompanying caregivers cannot purchase goods. )

Q) Do you sell tickets on the day?
A) If there is a vacancy in the admission slot, the day ticket will be sold at the venue reception. Advance tickets can be purchased until 23:59 the day before admission only if there is a vacancy in the admission slot.

<Conditions for defective products>
We pay close attention to goods, but due to the nature of the product and the manufacturing and transportation, there may be fine scratches and rubbing, and uneven printing and dust adherence.
Fine scratches, rubbing, and uneven printing and dust adhering to the extent that the product image is not significantly impaired, are not considered defective products, and we will refuse return and exchange.
