■About visit
・This exhibition is not a replacement system. Admission may be restricted depending on the congestion situation on the day. You may have to wait a long time until you enter, distribute a numbered ticket, or refuse admission. Thank you for your understanding.
・Only official shops are not available. Also, you will not be able to use the official shop first. Please proceed along the route to the exhibition hall / shop. You can't return to the exhibition hall from the official shop.
・The official shop will be available only on the day of admission.
・The date and time designated period is not allowed for any reason other than the designated date.
・Interruptions to waiting columns are prohibited. Please be sure to line up at the end even if there are companions.
・In order to inconvenience nearby stores and prevent accidents, please refrain from activities that may hinder store operations.
・The final admission is 1 hour before closing.
・If you are using a wheelchair or have a physical disability, you may be given priority to admission at the discretion of the staff.
・Visitors by cosplay are not prohibited, but there are no changing rooms, crawls, etc. at the venue. In addition, changing clothes in toilets in nearby facilities is prohibited. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents or troubles caused by cosplay, such as troubles related to items brought in by yourself, such as ready-made goods and special costumes.
・You can come with infants, but you may need to leave a stroller depending on the congestion at the venue.
・You may be asked to confirm your baggage when entering. In order to protect the exhibits and ensure operational safety, the following items are not allowed to be brought into the venue.

■Precautions for Appreciation
・It's not an hourly replacement system. The route inside the venue will be the first venue on the south 9F ⇒ 2nd venue on the south 10F ⇒ 3 shop, so be sure to proceed along the route. It's a one-way street. (Reverse is not possible.)
・Depending on the waiting queue and the congestion in the venue, we may ask you to give up and appreciate each other.
・Please observe the barrier area at your feet. We prohibit the act of stepping into the barrier area or bringing your fingers or hands closer to the forehead or exhibit beyond the barrier area.
・Exhibition hall-Official shop cannot be re-entered if you leave the route or leave.
・Except for some photos, photos can only be taken on mobile phones, smartphones, and tablets. However, please refrain from using flash photography, using selfie sticks, tripods, etc., video shooting, or recording. Cameras (single-lens reflex cameras, compact cameras, etc.) cannot be used. When shooting, please take care of the surrounding customers and follow the instructions of the staff.

■Regarding ticket sales
<Notes on tickets in general>
・Tickets are required for this exhibition from elementary school students and above. We will give you one visitor privilege "Drawing Clear Card" for each customer who has a ticket.
・Visitors' privilege "Drawing Clear Card" has different illustrations of the cards distributed for each day of the week. Please refer to this page for details such as the distribution schedule.
・Preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian over the age of 18 who has a ticket.
・If you have a certificate for the physically handicapped, a nursing certificate, or a health and welfare certificate for the mentally handicapped, you will be free to enter up to one assistant per ticket. If you have a caregiver, please show your disability certificate at the time of admission. In addition, it is not eligible for discounts and special offers.
・There is no gift of visitor benefits to preschoolers or caregivers who do not have tickets or invitation tickets. Also, please note that products cannot be purchased at the official shop.
・You may be required to present your student ID card, student handbook, etc. when entering with tickets for "junior high school students" or "elementary school students". Don't forget to bring it to the venue.
