【Information on lottery tickets】

On 1/21 (Sat) and 22 (Sun), congestion is expected, so a lottery will be held to determine the order of entry as follows before opening hours.

If you are participating in the lottery, please gather at the following time and place.

If the number of lottery participants exceeds the upper limit of the number of visitors, customers who participated in the lottery may not be able to enter the store. Thank you very much for your understanding.

※For schedules other than the above, we will not hold a lottery, but depending on the congestion situation, we may conduct a lottery or distribute "entry numbered tickets" at the venue.

※If you come after the alignment time, you will not be able to participate in the lottery. Lottery will be held for those who have arranged during the alignment time.

※Only one ticket per person will be deducted from the box containing the "entry numbered ticket".

※The "Admission Numbered Ticket" divides the information time for each group, and specifies the entry number and entry time.

※For each group, we will guide you in the order of numbering tickets. Please note that we will wait until your turn.

※Transfer and resale of "Entry numbered tickets" are prohibited at all.

※Only one person can enter the store per "entry numbered ticket". We cannot enter the store with your companion.
※"Entry numbered tickets" will be charged for each entry.
※"Entry numbered tickets" do not guarantee the purchase of products. The number of products is limited, so please forgive us when sold out.
※Please note that even if you line up within the alignment time, the reception may be closed depending on the congestion situation.

※In order to avoid congestion, the lottery time may be shortened depending on the congestion at the alignment location.

※Waiting all night, waiting outside of the designated time, and acts that may cause inconvenience to passers-by and nearby are prohibited.

※Please follow the instructions of the staff. If you do not follow, we will refuse to participate in the lottery or enter the store.

【Customers who come after the lottery time】
※If the distribution of the "entry numbered ticket" reaches the number of stores on the day, only those who have the "entry numbered ticket" can enter.
※If the distribution of "entry numbered tickets" is less than the number of admissions on the day, it may be distributed at the B1F venue store of the West Building after opening or free entry.
※When entering free stores, entry restrictions may be imposed, such as arranging admission and redistributing "entry numbered tickets" depending on congestion.
※The operation status of the day will be announced on Blue Rock × Sanrio Characters official Twitter (@Bluelock_Sanrio).
