Exhibition Concept + Contents
The story of this exhibition is based on the fictional mythology "OCEAN Book". The temple of the Holy Spirit engraves the memories of the heroes who dedicated their lives to liberate mankind. It is revered for the essential mission of the Algorithmic War, in which a fleet of KAWAII fellows released from various devices governing mankind and returned to nature. The concept of OCEAN is to name the Earth as the sea, which connects humanity, that is, to unite all the creatures that live on this earth under our inner OCEAN.
"Memory Wave" - Electric Healing Ride
In addition to the exhibition at PARCO MUSEUM TOKYO, you can also enjoy the ride work "Memory Wave" that you can experience for free in the atrium space on the 4th floor of Shibuya PARCO.
Memory Wave| Memory wave
Let's go on a journey to yourself, a voyage to infinity. Moby, the mascot of OCEAN, will lead you to eternal OCEAN, deep in memory that transcends time. Let's remember that we were stars and be guided by that light! As you go on this journey, you will be healed and return to your original self, the glowing sphere of light. You are the one to heal the community of consciousness full of love. OCEAN is you and OCEAN is me!
The Memory Wave is an experiential art work that combines light, sound, and movement to lead users to a transcendental state. It is designed to resonate with the positive waves of our original existence. I hope that everyone on this memory wave will feel the power to bring peace and harmony to the earth, and that the world will be saved.

FriendsWithYou is a two-person art collaborative founded in 2002 by Miami-born Samuel Albert Bokeson and Habana-born Altoro Sandbar, Cuba. Their works are embodied as experiences, immersive installations, sculptures, paintings, animations, and live performances, and are in permanent collections of museums such as The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA, LA), the Indianapolis Museum of Contemporary Art (IMA, Indianapolis), Haus der Kulturen der Welt Museum (Berlin), and the Walker Santa Art Center (Art Museum). Also in 2018, I was in charge of the design of Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in NY. In 2022, a huge steel sculpture called "Star Child" commissioned by the city of Miami Beach was installed on W 41st and Pine Tree Drive, which was acquired as a permanent artwork by the city. Friends with You published the monograph "We Are FriendsWithYou" from Rizoli Publishing in May 2014, and has also produced the hit animation series "True and the Rainbow Kingdom" on Netflix.
FriendsWithYou create experiential works that suggest "building new relationships" based on the context of "Magic", "Luck", and "Friendship". Their work, including large installations and immersive exhibition plans, is often spoken based on the context of "the aesthetics of relationships" in which the work acts only by the presence of others, but its intrinsic feature is that it is more intuitive and often emphasizes the point of view of accidentalness and play that incorporates an incent child's perspective. There is the attitude of artists trying to be faithful to the fundamental energy of human creativity, such as the free imagination, healing power, and driving force for hope, and through their work, we can connect with ourselves and others, expand friendship, build communities, and deepen our relationships with nature.
