About advance admission numbered ticket (3/21 (Fri) 18:00 update)

In order to avoid congestion and minimize the formation of rows by concentrating customers, we will distribute numbered tickets on a first-come, first-served basis at the ticket sales service "LivePocket" at some dates and times during the exhibition period. (* Ticket fee free)

[Notes]
・Tickets are required for admission during the numbered ticket distribution period.
・Only the date indicated on the ticket is valid. It is not possible to change the schedule or reserve products for your convenience.
・One ticket is required per person.
※If you are accompanied by a junior high school student or younger, you can bring up to two children.
・Please note that customers who do not have a ticket will not be able to enter or purchase it.
・Purchases for resale purposes are not allowed.
・Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
・Tickets cannot be transferred for any reason.

[How to distribute numbered tickets]
Numbered tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at the ticket sales service "LivePocket" for customers who wish to purchase.

※The numbered ticket distribution period may be changed or added depending on congestion.

※Free admission is scheduled from 12:01 on each day after the 24th (Mon), but admission may be restricted depending on congestion. The latest information will be announced on the official X of Ikebukuro PARCO.

※For the first-come-first-served basis, distribution will end as soon as the frame is filled.
※The first-come-first-served numbered tickets can be obtained up to one slot per person per day.

※Admission may be refused in cases where the purpose of resale is suspected.

[Flow after acquisition]
・You will receive a "QR code admission ticket" from the URL described in the e-mail, and on the day you will be asked to present a screen with the QR code displayed or a paper printed with the QR code.
・Authenticate your ticket (read QR code) before entering the venue. If certification is not possible, admission will be refused.
Sales of some products on a daily basis
During the period from 3/19 (Wed) to 3/30 (Sun), some products will be sold on a daily basis.

※The number of arrivals of each product is limited. The daily sales of the day may be sold out. Thank you for your understanding.
※Depending on the congestion situation, admission restrictions, numbered tickets may be distributed.
