If you have not registered as a member of "LivePocket", you will not be able to select the number of tickets and you will not be able to make a reservation, so please register as a member.
As a safety measure, we will apply for advance reservations (first come, first served basis) to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection and avoid congestion due to customer concentration and minimize line formation. Please wear a mask when you come to the venue. In addition, the staff will check the temperature before entering the venue. For customers who wish to enter from May 28 (Fri) to May 31 (Mon), 2021, advance reservations for admission (first come, first served) will be accepted through the ticket sales service "LivePocket-Ticket-(Live Pocket)".
<Reservation application fee> Free of charge ※Children under elementary school age can be accompanied by one person per guardian.
<Reservation application period> Saturday, May 22, 2021 12:00 to 19:00 on the applicable day
<Business hours on the day> 11:00〜20:00 ※Admission until 30 minutes before closing ※Business hours are subject to change depending on the situation.
・You can apply (one time only) only for one time per person per day.
・If multiple applications are discovered, all will be invalid.
・If you purchase a ticket on the day of the event, please check the admission time of the ticket before purchasing. Please note that you will not be able to enter if you purchase a ticket that has passed the guidance time.

・If you have confirmed, you will receive a "QR code entry ticket" from the URL described in the reservation confirmation e-mail, and present the screen with the QR code displayed or a paper printed with the QR code on the day .
・Before entering, you will be required to authenticate your admission ticket (read QR code) and verify your identity, so be sure to bring your admission ticket and ID card. If authentication is not possible, we will check the application information with your ID card to confirm your identity.
<Example of ID> Those whose name can be confirmed (driver's license, insurance card, student ID, etc.)
※Commuter passes, transportation IC cards, cash cards, and credit cards are invalid.
<Meeting time> On the day of the event, please gather 5 minutes before the admission time indicated on the admission ticket.
<Residence time> With this ticket, the store stay time will be 30 minutes.
※It does not include the time of the cash register standby column.

※If the shop or facility is closed or business hours are changed due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or accidental accidents, the relevant entry ticket will be invalidated and will be refunded. It is not possible to issue an alternative ticket for another date.
