For three years after moving to Vienna, the capital of Austria, Central Europe, talks with Ryonori Niwa and Naoshi Ichihara, a reporter of Yomiuri Shimbun. A work developed by intervening in the history rooted in the land by creating a common consciousness buried by creating an exceptional state, about the role of art in the capitalist era and its public nature. An hour to discuss the concept of "open space" as a place where people from diverse backgrounds gather and form consensus.

Shoji Ichihara (Shoji Ichihara) Profile
Born in Chiba in 1969. Graduated from Waseda University's Faculty of Letters (currently Faculty of Letters) in 1993.
In the same year, he joined the Tokyo Head Office of the Yomiuri Shimbun. After working at the Ministry of Culture, he is currently a member of the Brand Planning Department.
Lives and works in Yokohama.

Talk event "Is it possible to intervene in history? --the performance of public culverts and texts."

Art tourism in full bloom around the world. The scene of the disqualification that suddenly emerges into the marginal settlement is the story of the dialogue between the creator and the inhabitants, or the call of conscience thrown by history? Together with tourist scholar Akira Ide and critic Naoya Fujita, he follows the journey and gentileity seen through an artist called Ryotoku Niwa, and the present of escape and struggle from history. Akira Ide
Born in Nagano Prefecture in 1968. A tourist scholar. Associate Professor, Faculty of International Studies, Kanazawa University. After working as an assistant professor at Kinki University, an associate professor at Tokyo Metropolitan University, and a professor at Otemon Gakuin University, he assumed his current position. Graduated from Kyoto University's Faculty of Economics, completed a master's course at the Graduate School of Law, and graduated from the Graduate School of Informatics. Ph.D. (Informatics). I am studying tourism in the post-Great East Japan Earthquake area using social informatics and dark tourism methods. His main works include "Dark Tourism Expansion: Restructuring the Modern" (Art Publishing Company, 2018) and "Journey around the Memories of Dark Tourism Srief" (Gentosha, 2018).

Naoya Fujita (Fujitanaya)
Born in Sapporo in 1983. A critic. Lecturer at Nihon Film University. Part-time lecturer at Nishogakusha University and Wako University. Department of Life Science and Technology, Graduate School of Life Science and Technology, Tokyo Institute of Technology. Ph.D. The basic theme is "contemporary, art, and human beings." He became a hot topic in his book "Regional Art Biology / System / Japan" (Horinouchi Publishing, 2016), and has developed a reputation for "local art" (art festivals in rural areas) in Japan. His main works include "The Existence in the Work" (Worksha, 2013), "Flame as Entertainment-The Mystery of the Post-Tulose Era" (Nagumo-do, 2018), and edited and edited by "Earthquake Literature Magazine Larahora" (Kyobunsha, 2019).

F.Atsumi
Editing and criticism, Art-Phil. He is active mainly in publishing the booklet "Repluri" as a "culture magazine originating from art". Yoshinori Niwa <Yoshinori NIWA>

Born in 1982. Lives and works in Vienna. Slogan, self-explanatory, and in most cases, unproductive, meaningless behavior in the title of the work is depicted in video recording the whole process of realizing in the public space, thereby depicting the outer edge of institutionalized public concepts.
