Contents of the exhibition

An exhibition commemorating the forbidden filmization of the ultra-popular death metal gag manga "DMC (Detroit Metal City)" will be held!

"Detroit Metal City" (written by Kotoku Wakasugi) is a gag manga that has been serialized in "Young Animal" (Shiroizumi) since 2005. Negishi-kun, a kindhearted young man who loves fashionable pop music, has been active as the charismatic guitar vocal "John Crowther II" of the devil death metal band Detroit Metal City (aka DMC) for some reason.…。 At the same time as one volume was released in 2006, the popularity exploded, and the bookstores were out of stock, and the ranking magazine "This manga is amazing!" He won the first place in 2006. DMC followers are continuing in the entertainment and music worlds.

This summer, "DMC" finally starred in popular young actor Kennichi Matsuyama, and the long-awaited movie will be released on Saturday, August 23 in Toho series nationwide).
An exhibition commemorating the film adaptation will be held at Parco Factory in Shibuya. Fans are must-see exhibits that reflect the radical and laughable DMC world, such as costumes and props used in the movie, and original drawings of the original comic! We will also release original goods.
